2 Tbsp avocado

1/4 tsp fresh lime juice

1 pinch(es) crushed red pepper flakes

1 bread(s) whole grain crisp bread

1 item(s), large , sliced hard boiled eggs

Directions

Mash avocado with lime juice, salt and red pepper in a small cup. Spread over crispbread and top with egg; season with salt and red pepper (optional).
